Stephanie Paxton-Penman LLB (Hons)

Stephanie is the Managing Partner of this law firm. She graduated with a first class honours degree and now specializes in property and business. She was a member of the Auckland District Law Society Property and Business Committee for four years and was its Convenor in 2005 and 2006. Stephanie has presented seminars on a variety of topics in respect of property and business to both the Law Society and private organisations.

Stephanie is passionate about what she calls wealth architecture (that is by definition one that designs and plans and then constructs an outcome so as to achieve a result indicative of the client's personal situation) as she enjoys creating structures which are of value to her clients. She has a broad range of experience in property and business matters which incorporates drafting of relationship property agreements, conveyancing (both residential and commercial), the set up and administration of Family and Trading Trusts, structuring of businesses from incorporation to succession planning (including shareholders agreements, profit share arrangements, employee trusts, negotiation of commercial leases), drafting of commercial contracts and the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney. It is this broad base which allows her to provide a holistic approach to client solutions.

Stephanie has a significant practice which is as eclectic as she. She works for clients from all walks of life and from all parts of the globe. She loves people, she loves their stories, she is interested in their families and their lives and she enjoys assisting them to make decisions which are positive.
